A honey process produced at one of the oldest mills in Costa Rica. The Beneficio San Diego Mill has been around since 1888 and doing it’s best to bring the world some amazing coffees. We are very excited to be carrying this in our shop.
Fun fact about the honey process, it was originally developed in Costa Rica and is now a widely used practice at coffee farms all over the world. Leaving most of the fruit on the bean while it is in the drying stage imparts unique, sweet, honey like flavors for an excellent cup of coffee. No two honey processed coffees are the same. Please enjoy this unique, one of a kind coffee.
